Here's the recipe for this super fluffy stack of Moringa and matcha goodness 👇
- 1.5 cup self raising flour
- Pinch of baking powder
- 2 tsp jaggery powder/ coconut sugar
- 1 flax or chia egg (1 tbs milled flax seeds mixed in 3 tbs water)
- 1.5 cup coconut milk/
- 2 tsp matcha from tea and india

Whisk all the ingredients up other than the until its a smooth and thick mixture.

Cook for 3-4 mins on low- med heat until the edges are set and bubbles appear at the surface.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 mins until cooked through
